| A: No. You do not need additional software downloaded on your computer to enjoy VeroticGuide. We have the 'video player' tool, which was designed to be user friendly with any web browser. |

| Q: How do I change my password? |
| A: : To change your VeroticGuide log in password, when you log into your account, you will find 'My Settings' below the 'My Account' heading. Once you click on the 'My Settings' link, scroll to the bottom and you will see where you can assign a new password. |

| Q: What video formats can I upload into VeroticGuide? |
| A: VeroticGuide is able to accept the majority of video formats. If you have trouble with your files we encourage you to use Windows Media Encoder to create .wmv files. |

| A: Join VeroticGuide by registering as member. Once you have confirmed your email address and logged in, just select "My Account" at the top of any page then use the "Upload Profile Videos" option to upload your video. |

| Q: How do I remove a video? |
| A: To remove one of your videos, select "My Account" at the top of any page then use the "Upload Profile Videos" option. Check the videos you want to delete and click the "X" button to remove the selected videos. |

| A: In order to invite a friend to join VeroticGuide, please use the 'invite a friend' link found in the header (top) or footer (bottom) of any page. |

| A: Absolutely! We encourage everyone who enjoys meeting new friends to join because it allows you to vote, comment and feel like part of a great online community! However, we do encourage members to at least upload a good profile photo to increase their chances of making a good impression on other members. |

| Q: Does VeroticGuide allow all types of videos? What is your policy on allowed content? |
| A: We support PG content as well as "adult" content on VeroticGuide.com! However, VeroticGuide does not allow such videos that contain underage ("teen"), animal ("bestiality") or any illegal (based on Texas law) acts or content. Content deemed inappropriate will be deleted and the member will be warned. Additionally, any videos tagged with descriptive words similar to this prohibited list may be removed. Repeat violators will be removed from VeroticGuide.com. |

| Q: How can I improve my video? |
| A: We encourage you to edit your videos with software such as Windows Movie Maker (included with every Windows installation), or Apple iMovie. Using these programs you can easily edit your videos, add soundtracks, etc. |

| Q: What capturing software do you recommend? |
A: There are series of software that can be used for capturing. Some of them are supplied by video camera manufacturers. Of course, it is always better to use software made especially for your type of camera, although we recommend that the beginners use VirtualDub software if there's no capturing software supplied by manufacturer.
The program is easy to download and install, and you don't need to spend much time adjusting it. |
